Do I need a license to refer deals?

No license is required to participate in our referral program. You simply introduce us to potential borrowers, and we handle all the lending activity. However, if you are a licensed mortgage broker and want to originate loans, we have a separate broker program with different terms.

When do I get paid?

Referral commissions are paid within 30 days of loan funding. We can pay via check or direct deposit—your choice. You'll receive detailed statements for each funded loan.

How do I track my referrals?

All partners get access to our online dashboard where you can submit referrals, track their status, see pipeline updates, and view your commission history. You'll also receive email updates as your deals move through the process.

What types of loans qualify for referral commissions?

All of our loan products qualify for referral commissions, including DSCR loans, rehab loans, new construction loans, bridge loans, portfolio loans, and hard money loans. The commission rate is the same across all products based on your partner tier.

Is there a minimum loan size?

Our minimum loan amount varies by product but starts at $75,000 for DSCR loans and $100,000 for most other products. There's no maximum—we fund loans up to $5 million, so your commission potential is significant on larger deals.

Can I refer the same client multiple times?

Yes! You earn a commission on every loan we fund for your referred client, not just the first one. Many of our partners earn recurring commissions from the same investors who come back for multiple deals.
